• Born in South Korea and adopted by Norwegian parents, I grew up in the peaceful countryside with a deep fascination for religion, mythology, fairy tales, and the paranormal. These early interests sparked an innate curiosity about the mysteries of life. As a teenager, my music teacher introduced me to meditation, though the deeper spiritual search didn’t begin until my early 30s. After years of living the high-energy lifestyle of a party-goer and chasing a career in television, I found myself feeling disillusioned and stressed. The superficial pursuit of success led me to question the meaning of life and the nature of suffering, which Buddhism so often speaks of.

Discovering Mindfulness in 2012, I decided to become a teacher in MBSR Mindfulness.

I also studied Yin Yoga with Magdalena MecWeld. 100 hours.

My journey took a profound turn in 2017 when I discovered Shaiva Tantra. I studied with teachers like Sadhguru, Christopher Hareesh Wallis, Adyashanti and went to Haa Retreat Center in Sweden to participate in a course. Was so lucky to be able to join a Satsang with Swami Janakananda.

In 2019, I traveled to India to deepen my understanding of Tantra with Dharma Bodhi and Trika Mahasiddha Yoga. This discovery of the lineage has been transformative, and I feel immense gratitude for having stumbled upon this path.

In 2021, I was so lucky to be able to spend 2.5 months in intensive training with Dharma Bodhi, where I became a certified instructor in Kundalini Hatha Yoga Level I and Way of Meditation Levels I & II. On August 20th, 2024, I was officially initiated in the lineage by my Heart Teacher, an event that marked a deepening of my commitment to this sacred path.
