Go Deeper: Śākta–Śaiva tradition or Stress Relief program
I offer 1-1 in person (Fannrem or Oslo) or online guidance for those who like to: explore the spiritual path or seeking stress relief.
Stress Relief is suitable for those who feel that stress is starting to impact life in a negative way. You will learn simple and more elaborate practices to help you cope with stress in a more healthy way. Practices anchored in Eastern spiritual traditions, with a down to earth and scientific angle. You will get access to pre-recorded videos to help you practice by your own and integrate what you learn. We will meet once a week for 75 minutes over a period of 6 or 8 weeks.

For those called to explore the spiritual path, I offer guidance on the Śākta–Śaiva path. I study with Trikaya. I am initiated by my Heart Teacher, Dharma Bodhi, whose lineage teachers are Paramhamsa Satyananda Sarasvati and the Bön Lama H.H Lungtok Tenpai’I Nyima, the 33rd Menri Trizin.
